Ridhey Gill

Biography

Ridhey is a dedicated corporate and commercial lawyer at Gilbert’s, where she works closely with the Slingshot group to support the legal needs of startups and emerging companies. Ridhey is passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of growing their businesses through a variety of matters, including business formation, governance, commercial agreements, and financing.

Her enthusiasm for corporate and commercial law stems from her diverse experience working with startups. Prior to law school, Ridhey held an operations role, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges startups face. She has also gained valuable in-house policy experience and worked with technology companies in both corporate and firm settings. This unique combination of experiences allows her to provide practical, business-savvy legal solutions tailored to the needs of clients. Ridhey is particularly interested in expanding her expertise in intellectual property and capital raising, both of which are essential to the success and growth of startups.

During law school, Ridhey contributed to pro bono initiatives, including working with the Federation of Metro Tenants’ Association and assisting early-stage businesses through a legal clinic with Slingshot. Outside of her legal practice, Ridhey enjoys hosting family and friends, playing sports, and exploring the world of wine.
